At 63 located in Paragon we produce honest food without borders. Seasonal ingredients are used to create dishes that draw influence and flavours from around the world.
Our food is served from our all day lunch and dinner menu which is made up of small and large plates designed for sharing.
We have curated an exciting list showcasing New and Old World wines. Ranging from approachable Australian Cabernets and New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs to full bodied Napa Cabernets to Grand Crus from Burgundy and Bordeaux, the wines are carefully selected with a focus on sustainability, balance and vitality.
