Located on level three of Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa, Casserole’s menu encompasses classic dishes served in its namesake casserole – a large, deep dish traditionally used in the oven or for serving.

Specialities served include favourites across Southeast Asia, Morocco, India and from the West. Not to be missed are the Atlas Lamb Tagine, Murgh Makhani, Crab Meat Masala and Beef Bourguignon.
