He went on to attain his professional training in hotel trade cuisine before honing his career in the hospitality sector across Italy, France and the United Kingdom before making Asia his home in 2001. After stints in Thailand, China and South Korea, Chef Stefano comes to Singapore from his most recent position as the Executive Chef of JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square in Seoul, Korea.
In his current role at Singapore’s very first JW Marriott, Chef Stefano oversees culinary operations across all food and beverage functions. These include the hotel’s restaurants and bars, as well as banquet, meeting and events catering as well as in-room dining.
